How It Works
How does it work?
You type a description of what you want -- a pet, a trophy, abstract art, anything. We generate a concept image and a full 3D model you can preview and rotate before ordering. Once you approve it, we print it in your chosen material.
Can I upload my own 3D model?
Yes. Visit the Custom Upload page to upload your own STL or OBJ file. We will print it in any of our available materials.
How accurate is the final print to the 3D preview?
Very close. The 3D model you approve is the exact geometry we print. Minor surface variations may occur depending on the material, but the form and proportions match the preview.
Materials
What materials do you offer?
We currently offer PLA Bioplastic (plant-based, biodegradable, fine detail) in 7 colors including a metallic gold, and PETG (tough, chemical resistant) in black. Real metal printing (Stainless Steel, Aluminum) via our Sculpteo partnership is coming soon.
Which material is best for a gift?
PLA Bioplastic is our most popular choice with the widest color selection including a beautiful metallic gold. For pieces that need extra durability or will be displayed outdoors, PETG is the tougher option.
How big are the sculptures?
Standard pieces are approximately 15-20cm tall. Dimensions vary by design — you can see the exact measurements on each product page before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping is 3-5 business days within the US via our print partner in Boise, Idaho. International shipping is available and typically takes 7-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How is my sculpture packaged?
Every piece is individually wrapped in protective foam, placed in a custom-fit box with additional padding. We take packaging seriously — your sculpture arrives in the same condition it left our studio.
Returns & Support
What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
Can I return a sculpture I do not like?
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if the sculpture does not match the approved 3D preview, we will make it right.
